About Me
Hi, I’m Lucas Dale a hardworking and motivated student with a desire to operate in the sports reporting industry. I’m an individual with a deep love for storytelling, both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Whether I’m presenting live, interviewing athletes, or working in post-production, I thrive on capturing the energy and emotion that makes sport so powerful.
My heart lies in boxing and football. Not just as a reporter, but as a player too. I currently train at a local amateur boxing gym in Sheffield and play football on campus multiple times weekly. Being constanly involved in both sports I am able to bring a genuine, first-hand perspective to my work which is rooted in a true passion for my work.
Beyond the studio and the pitch, I’m always chasing adventure. I spent a season as a ski instructor in Japan, combining my love for skiing with a desire to explore new cultures. More recently, I was able to travel throughout Mexico and Central America.
